Our network and associations with medical experts all over the country are second to none.

Since our inception in 2000 our database has grown to include over 1200 medical specialists from all parts of the UK consulting from nearly 4000 venues. To date we have facilitated over 100’000 Medico-legal reports.

Nominating the right expert is something we take particular pride in and we feel our approach is different and more effective than other medical reporting agencies. At MRL each designated case handler uses a computerised map to match the nomination with all the suitable medical experts in a particular location The case handler then manually calls the experts to determine their waiting times and ability to deliver.

Other medical agencies rank their experts but this is usually based on cost of report, payment terms etc. We however, prefer to assess experts in such areas as communication, accessibility, flexibility and quality.

We consider our experts to be very important working partners and make sure the process of professional medical reporting is managed in the way we all require.

We have found and some experts prefer working with MRL as they appreciate our open door policy and access to our director at any time. With our newly managed accounts team we aim to pay all medical experts as per their agreed terms and try to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
