MRL understand that sometimes solicitors have short deadlines and therefore are always willing to pull out the stops. All Medco reports are returned back to the instructing solicitors within 7 days of appointment but more complex report types will obviously vary. We will always do our best to get reports back when needed.

Your case handler can receive communications by e-mail, fax, DX or post. Two current solicitors employ direct bi-lateral data transfer systems with MRL. All new instructions will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Following the introduction of Medco RTA cases are now GP report-based with no review of medical records. Speed of turnaround is now even more essential. With this in mind our case management software is constantly evolving to ensure that the best service is provided.
